We keep
it lit.

Two hands, one truck, forty years of knowing what failed and why. We fix the ranges that parts houses don't stock and dealers won't touch.

Diagnosis
01

We find what actually failed — not just what looks wrong.

Before anything comes apart, we run a full system check: gas pressure, igniter resistance, thermostat calibration, valve sequencing. On a 1978 Chambers, that means knowing where the pilot orifices are likely to be clogged and checking the oven safety valve before assuming it's the thermocouple.

Flat diagnostic rate: $65. Applied to repair if you proceed.

Disassembly
02

Everything comes apart the right way — so it goes back together.

We photograph every step before we pull a screw. Burner caps, grates, broiler drawers, manifold brackets — each piece labeled and set aside. On old commercial ranges with 40 years of baked-on grease, we clean as we go. You'll see the parts that were failing before you see the bill.

No hidden disassembly fees. What you see in the photo is what we're charging for.

Parts
03

We source what others say can't be found.

Old Chambers, Roper, Magic Chef, early Wolf — we have supplier relationships most shops gave up on. If the OEM part is discontinued, we machine a compatible replacement or source from NOS inventory. We quote the part before we order it. No surprises on the invoice.

Parts quoted upfront. We show you the supplier invoice.

Rebuild
04

Back together tighter than it left the factory.

New gaskets. Calibrated thermostat. Valve seats lapped if needed. Every burner orifice cleaned to spec. On commercial ranges, we torque the manifold fittings and test each valve for gas-tight seal before reassembly. The range goes back looking like someone cared about it — because someone does.

All work carries a 90-day parts-and-labor guarantee.

Test
05

We don't leave until the flame burns clean and even.

Every burner cycled at high and simmer. Oven temp verified at 300°F, 375°F, and 450°F with a calibrated probe. Gas connections leak-tested with soapy water and an electronic sniffer. We light the oven, close the door, and wait. When the kitchen smells like it should — like heat and cast iron and nothing else — we pack up.

Final test sheet left with you. Call us if anything feels off in the first 90 days.

Farmhouse

The range that heats the kitchen in January.

Your 1973 Chambers is the only thing standing between your family and a cold kitchen when it's twelve degrees outside. We've rebuilt the thermocouple assembly on that exact model — and we know where the replacement valve is still being made.

We carry parts for Chambers, Roper, Tappan, and O'Keefe & Merritt.

Sixty miles from the nearest dealer. Three hours to service.

When your six-burner Wolf goes down on a Friday afternoon, you don't have time for a three-day wait on a parts order. We carry the most common commercial burner orifices, pilot assemblies, and valve bodies in the truck. Most repairs same day.

Commercial service: Wolf, Vulcan, Garland, Montague, Southbend.

Farm Kitchen

The canning oven has to run before the tomatoes come in.

August doesn't wait. You've got forty pounds of tomatoes coming off the vine and an oven that's running 50 degrees cold. We calibrate thermostat probes, replace faulty oven safety valves, and test at canning temperatures — not just idle.
